Welcome to the Cosmara APP User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to your (hereinafter referred to as the "User") use of various products and services of the APP.
1. Confirmation of the Service Agreement
1.1 The developer of Cosmara APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") agrees to provide relevant services based on the internet and mobile network APP (hereinafter referred to as "Cosmara") in accordance with this Agreement and its published operating rules from time to time.
1.2 Users of Cosmara (hereinafter referred to as the "User") shall fully understand all contents of this Agreement, independently consider and agree to all terms, and complete the registration process as prompted on the page. User registration, login, and usage shall be deemed as full acceptance of this Agreement and all rules and regulations published by Cosmara.
1.3 Cosmara reserves the right to supervise, prompt, inspect, and correct all activities on the APP.
2. Service Content
2.1 The specific content of Cosmara services shall be provided by the Developer according to actual conditions, including but not limited to authorizing users to upload, search, and push relevant information to other users through their accounts, and to collect and share such information. The Developer has the right to upgrade or adjust services or product forms, which will be notified via APP updates without separate notice.
2.2 The Cosmara APP may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by Cosmara and third-party suppliers and partners during use.
2.3 Cosmara APP only provides technical services related to Cosmara. Equipment (such as personal computers, mobile phones, or other internet-access devices) and related costs (such as internet fees or mobile data charges) shall be borne by the User.
3. Service Changes, Interruption or Termination
3.1 Due to the special nature of network services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failures, user location, device shutdown, viruses, malicious attacks, or other technical/network issues), the User agrees that the Developer may suspend or terminate part or all of Cosmara services at any time. Cosmara will notify users in a reasonable manner when possible and attempt to restore services promptly. However, Cosmara shall not be liable for any inability to send/receive information or errors caused thereby.
3.2 The User understands that the Developer may periodically maintain or repair the platform or equipment. Service interruptions during a reasonable period may occur, and the Developer will attempt prior notice but bears no liability.
3.3 If the User provides false information or violates laws or this Agreement, the Developer has the right to suspend or terminate services without liability.
4. Usage Rules
4.1 Users must provide accurate personal information during registration and update it promptly. Any loss caused by false information shall be borne by the User.
4.2 After successful registration, the User will obtain a Cosmara account, which the User must safeguard and bear legal responsibility for all activities under the account.
Users must follow these principles:
(1) Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations;
(2) Not use Cosmara for illegal purposes;
(3) Comply with all network protocols and procedures;
(4) Not harm normal internet operation;
(5) Not engage in behavior harmful to Cosmara.
4.3 Users shall not produce, upload, or disseminate illegal or sensitive information, including but not limited to:
(1) Opposing constitutional principles;
(2) Endangering national security;
(3) Damaging national honor;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred;
(5) Promoting cults or superstition;
(6) Spreading rumors;
(7) Distributing obscene or violent content;
(8) Defamation or infringement;
(9) Other illegal content.
4.4 Users agree not to use others’ accounts and must notify the Developer immediately if misuse is suspected.
4.5 Users may modify or delete personal data, but this may also remove stored content, and Users bear the risk.
4.6 Violations of this Agreement may result in service termination.
4.7 Accounts inactive for long periods may be reclaimed by the Developer.
5. Payment Agreement
To provide better top-up/payment services, please read this Agreement carefully. Completing payment indicates acceptance of all terms.
5.1 Service Rules
(1) "Points" are virtual currency used for purchases on this platform.
(2) Payment fees may include third-party charges.
(3) Users should consume rationally and confirm account/payment details carefully.
(4) Only official payment methods are supported.
(5) System errors may be corrected by the platform.
(6) Virtual currencies may be shared across affiliated platforms.
(7) Payments are non-refundable.
5.2 Rights Statement
(1) The platform may impose transaction limits.
(2) Third-party service disputes are handled by users.
(3) User-caused losses are user responsibility.
(4) Force majeure exempts liability.
(5) Funds must be legally obtained.
(6) Anti-money laundering laws must be followed.
(7) Liability is limited to payment amount.
5.3 Penalty Rules
(1) Violations may result in service termination.
(2) Illegal behavior may lead to account bans and asset freezing.
5.4 Supplementary Provisions
(1) Agreement updates take effect upon publication.
(2) Services are provided “as is”.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Without permission, Cosmara content may not be used commercially or reproduced.
7. Privacy Protection
7.1 Privacy includes personal information defined by law.
7.2 Cosmara protects user data and will not disclose it except under legal conditions.
7.3 Some features require user permissions (phone, camera, contacts).
7.4 Non-personal data may be used to improve services.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Users are responsible for their own content.
8.2 Third-party content does not represent Cosmara views.
8.3 Infringing content may be removed upon notice.
8.4 Users shall indemnify the Developer.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 The Developer may modify this Agreement at any time.
9.2 Invalid clauses do not affect remaining clauses.
9.3 Chinese law applies.
9.4 Final interpretation belongs to Cosmara.
