Le Tarot Astrologique
Number of Cards: 48
Recommendation: Use Upright and Reversed
Supported in five categorized groups: Expansion Cards, Planets, 0°, 10°, 20°.
"Le Tarot Astrologique" is a unique deck combining Tarot and Astrology, containing 48 cards. Unlike the traditional 78-card Tarot deck, creator George Muchery integrated the symbolic system of astrology with Tarot imagery during its creation.
[Core Design of the Deck]
❤ The Zodiac: Each sign has exclusive symbolic imagery and energy interpretation.
❤ The Seven Planets: Demonstrates planetary power in astrology and its influence on human life.
❤ The Four Elements (Fire, Water, Air, Earth): As the foundation of cosmic operation and human personality, they form the framework for card meaning interpretation.
❤ Combination of Natal Charts and Divination: The cards feature not only image symbolism but also include astrological symbols, Houses, and Aspects, allowing them to resonate with personal natal charts or event divinations.
Compared to traditional Tarot, this deck places greater emphasis on expressions of philosophy, cosmology, and fatalism. It does not emphasize specific scenarios in daily life, but instead presents the “correspondence between humanity and the universe” through symbolism. Therefore, it is often regarded as a bridge between Tarot and Astrology.
"Le Tarot Astrologique" continues the aesthetics of early 20th-century French occultism: simple composition, distinct symbols, with card faces primarily featuring stars, celestial bodies, and mythological figures, combining the rigor of astrology with the intuitiveness of Tarot.
