Ghosts mingle among the crowd, knocking on strangers' doors,
A childish voice asks just like a child: Trick or Treat?
Animals dressed in human forms smile together in tacit understanding.
How should one describe death? It is simply the beginning of another story.
When mentioning the word "death", people's first reaction is often sadness, pain, reluctance, regret, or perhaps confusion. We who walk this earth are accustomed to these emotions, but such feelings are too heavy, as if mentioning them burdens us like a mountain.
Yet, sometimes we wonder, can another word be used to describe death?
— Expectation.
Farewells come with expectations, hoping the departed fare well in another world, not reluctant to leave because of our tears, so we say goodbye with smiles; Remembrance also comes with expectations, hoping that decades later when we meet them again, we can share past stories with each other in a teasing tone, so there are no tears when remembering.
Therefore, for this deck, we chose Halloween as the theme, using blue and orange color schemes fitting for Halloween, with various animals and cute ghosts as card illustrations. We hope to convey this thought: death does not necessarily have to be heavy; it can also be light and resolved, like humorously carving onto one's own tombstone: "Watch out, you stepped on my head!"
